Find someone who thinks the world of you and focus your energies and time to be with that person who LOVE YOU. Love and good feelings which energize your mental and physical well being!
Day 48: Stay emotionally on top of your game
Do not let other people emotionally drain you and drag you down. Stay focused on your goals and dreams and do not let anyone's negative opinions matter. Be happy and respond to them with POSITIVE thoughts.
