1 February 2022 TONOIT and Python Signals are independent third-party platforms and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Marius Landman or Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd. A limited white-label content agreement existed at the time between Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd and TONOIT. That agreement governed only specific content distribution rights and did not confer ownership, partnership, agency, or control by either party over the other. In or around December 2021, TONOIT ceased operations. During this period, TONOIT did not continue operating in accordance with the terms of the applicable white-label agreement. Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd was not responsible for TONOIT’s operational decisions, customer contracts, billing practices, or business continuity. TONOIT’s cessation of business occurred during a broader period of extreme disruption in the cryptocurrency markets following the COVID era, which affected numerous independent crypto-related companies globally. Any liquidation or closure of TONOIT was outside the control of Marius Landman and Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd. Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd and Marius Landman bear no liability for losses, access interruptions, or contractual claims arising from TONOIT’s operations, representations, or business failure. Any goodwill access provided to former TONOIT users after its closure was voluntary and discretionary and will not constitute an assumption of liability or obligation. All intellectual property, methodologies, reports, algorithms, and educational materials associated with BitcoinTAF.com remain the exclusive property of Bitcoin Trend and Forecast Pty Ltd and are governed solely by its own terms and conditions. The same applies to the current White Label agreements for Small Cap Big Gains, TrendSig, Hodlnots, and Day Trade Signals, and others, which are listed on the BitcoinTAF.com Roadmap as a collective view only and do not necessarily represent ownership. The website tonoit.com is redundant, while tonoit.io was claimed on 2 February 2022 by Bitcoin Trend and Forecast PTY LTD and now serves only as a landing page directing new customers to BitcoinTAF.com. No online social media TONOIT channels are associated with Bitcoin Trend and Forecast PTY LTD. Former TONOIT, Python Signals, Small Cap Big Gains, and other white-label subscriptions, members who were impacted by the closure of those platforms may apply for a complimentary twelve-month access period as an act of good faith. This discretionary access is offered without admission of liability, does not constitute a transfer or recognition of prior contractual rights, and does not create any ongoing entitlement beyond the stated period. Approval is subject to verification and availability and is intended solely to provide temporary continuity for affected users while transitioning to the current BitcoinTAF.com platform and product structure.
