Coinbase charges 3.99% fees for debit card purchases.

Available almost worldwide.

Escrow service which matches buyers and sellers.

Use cash deposits and transactions are fast.

5. GEMINI
Based in New York and SEC compliant (available in most to all States).
Regulated exchange.
Lower fees than other standard exchanges but in general terms a bit confusing at start when first joining.

Old exchange with a long track record.

7. CHANGELLY
One can use Litecoin to buy Bitcoin.

Older exchange from around 2013.
Fees around 0.25% and lower.

Escrow service.

Most likely the second largest exchange in the USA.
In my opinion they have a confusing interface but you get used to it quickly.

Lower fees even to zero.
​This is not the same as Cobinhood (avoid Cobinhood).

llows credit card purchases.
Low fees compared to other exchanges - around 0.2%
Can also use cash or SEPA as a transfer payment (includes Europe and some parts of South America).

Allows you to connect your Facebook account to it (I personally wont do it).
Fast way to buy Bitcoin.
Daily limit is $1000.
